Free Standard Shipping All orders ship free via standard ground to the contiguous 48 US states. No minimum order required.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Most products ship directly from the manufacturer warehouse within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.

Transit Time Standard ground delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping origin. Oversized items (most tonneau covers ship via freight or oversized parcel) may require additional transit time.

Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Track your order at any time using the link in your confirmation email.

Delivery Most truck bed covers ship via FedEx, UPS, or regional freight carriers. Covers are delivered curbside. Due to the size and weight of most covers (30-90 lbs), we recommend having a second person available to help move the package.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional shipping charges. Contact us at sales@pickupaccess.com for a shipping quote before ordering.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Due to the oversized nature of tonneau covers, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. APO/FPO delivery may be available for select items — contact us to confirm.

Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@pickupaccess.com with photos of the packaging and product damage. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order Changes and Cancellations Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be modified or cancelled at no charge. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
