30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be: - Within 30 days of the delivery date - Unused and uninstalled - In original, undamaged packaging - In resellable condition

Items that have been installed, used, modified, or have damaged packaging are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at sales@pickupaccess.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number within 1 business day. Do not ship returns without a return authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to: - A shipping error on our part (wrong item sent) - A defective product - Damage during shipping

In these cases, we cover return shipping at no cost to you.

Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items. This covers manufacturer return processing costs. The restocking fee is waived for defective products or shipping errors.

Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we confirm the returned item has been received by the manufacturer in eligible condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges Need a different size or model? Contact us and we will help you find the right replacement. We handle exchanges as a return + new order to ensure the fastest processing.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: - Your order number - Photos of the damage or defect - Photos of the shipping packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Fitment Issues Ordered the wrong cover for your truck? If the product is unused and in original packaging, our standard 30-day return policy applies. To avoid fitment issues, use our vehicle finder tool or contact us before ordering — we verify fitment before shipping on every order.
